Our field surveyors are equipped with 3D Leica laser distometers and mobile CAD stations. For commercial locations within the metropolitan area, we can be on-site within 24 hours of receiving your request. Emergency structural evaluations can be deployed within 4 to 6 hours.
Yes. For exterior high-rise signage, monolith pylons, and ACP cladding, we provide certified structural engineering calculations, wind-load assessments (tested up to 140 km/h), electrical schematics, and liaise with local municipality authorities for signage permits.
All 4mm PVDF exterior ACP panels carry a 10-year manufacturer delamination and colorfast warranty. Our 3D channel letters are equipped with Samsung/Osram IP67 waterproof LED modules and Mean Well transformers, backed by our comprehensive 3-to-5-year replacement warranty.
Absolutely. Over 60% of our commercial retail installations take place between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Our rigging teams carry full night-shift safety equipment, boom lift operators, and floor protection sheeting to ensure your premises are pristine when doors open in the morning.
For CNC routing and laser cutting, vector files in .DXF, .DWG, .AI, or .EPS with outlined fonts are ideal. For large-format flex and vinyl printing, we accept print-ready .PDF or high-resolution .TIFF files at minimum 150 DPI in CMYK color mode. If you only have sketches, our CAD studio will prepare the production vector paths for you.
