OUR PRODUCTION APPROACH
Production bottlenecks kill store openings and marketing rollouts. To guarantee strict delivery timelines, Royal Brandworks operates continuous 24-hour manufacturing cycles across dual automated print and fabrication lines.
Every roll of vinyl and flex is color-calibrated via spectrophotometer profiling, guaranteeing exact Pantone fidelity across multiple substrates. Our UV-curable inks bond instantly at molecular levels, rendering materials scratch-resistant, water-impervious, and resilient against intense solar degradation.
OUR FABRICATION CAPABILITY
Our fabrication floor is outfitted with heavy industrial machinery: 3-axis CNC router beds capable of handling 8ft x 4ft composite sheets, fiber laser metal cutting for 3mm stainless steel plates, automated letter return benders, and TIG/MIG argon welding stations.
Whether producing clean seamless shadow-box returns, mirror-finish titanium gold coatings, or internally braced box steel trusses for rooftop superstructures, our tolerances remain within fractions of a millimeter.
OUR INSTALLATION EXPERTISE
Signage failure is not an option. A 200-kilogram building sign exposed to gale-force winds demands rigorous structural calculations, certified anchor bolts, and seasoned installation riggers.
Our on-site crews carry full safety certifications, industrial scaffolding credentials, and boom crane operational licenses. We coordinate building management approvals, traffic detour permits, and night-shift installations to eliminate retail disruption.
